Students of 2020 & 21 Admission under PRIVATE REGISTRATION can apply for Degree certificate.
Those who are waiting for Supplementary /Improvement result should not apply for Degree Certificate.
The candidates who are yet to effect revaluation/grace grade in Final Grade Card should not apply for Degree Certificate.
No correction/changes in Final Grade card will be permitted once the application for Degree certificate is submitted.
Candidate should keep ready the scanned copy (in PDF format) of SSLC certificate , Plus two or equivalent certificate, Final Grade card, Provisional Certificate, ensuring that the size of the scanned document does not exceed 1 MB.
It is mandatory for the candidate to create ABC ID before sbmitting the application, to make available academic awards in Digilocker Portal.
Applicants should ensure that the documents uploaded are clear and complete.The Printouts of mark lists/Grade cards obtained from the website shall not be uploaded.
Fee for Degree Certificate has already been collected along with the Fee for 6th Semester examination. Hence no fee is to be remitted towards application Fee. However, Search Fee should be remitted for applications submitted after 1 year from the date mentioned in the Final Grade Card. Total fee will be displayed in the application window and will be automatically directed to payment portal
After reading the instructions carefully the candidate should click the PROCEED button for online application.
Since the application is fully online hereafter, there is no need of sending the hard copy of the applications to the University.

National Academic Depository (NAD)

The service of Digilocker is being used by this University in order to make available the Degree Certificate in National Academic Depository (NAD). Therefore applicants are directed to create their own digital account by using the link https://accounts/digitallocker.gov.in so as to view the certificate as and when the University upload the certificate in NAD.
