1. Those students admitted in University during 2024 and successfully completed their B.Ed. Degree programme can apply for Degree certificate.
2. Those who are waiting for Supplementary /Improvement result should not apply for degree certificate.
3. The candidates who are yet to effect revaluation/grace grade in final grade card should not apply for degree certificate.
4. No correction/changes in Final Grade card will be permitted once the application for Degree certificate is submitted.
5. Applicants should keep ready the scanned copy (in PDF format) of SSLC certificate , Qualifying Certificate, Final Grade card, Provisional Certificate, ensuring that the size of the scanned document does not exceed 1 MB. All scanned copies should be of Original documents.
6. Applicants should ensure that the documents uploaded are clear and complete. The printouts of Marklist / Grade Card obtained from website shall not be uploaded
7. Fee for Degree Certificate has already been collected along with the Fee for 4th Semester examination. Hence no fee is to be remitted towards application Fee. However, Search Fee should be remitted for applications submitted after 1 year from the date mentioned in the Final Grade Card. Total fee will be displayed in the application window and will be automatically directed to payment portal.
8. After reading the instructions carefully the candidate should click the PROCEED button for online application.
9. On completion of online application a printout of the application is to be taken by the candidate for future reference / enquiries.
10. Since the application is fully online hereafter, there is no need of sending the hard copy of the applications to the University.
11. It is mandatory for the candidate to create ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credit) before submitting the application to make available academic awards in digilocker portal.
